Terms and Conditions

1. The hall duration is only for 12hr from the time of handover

2. If the function is at day time, store room will be handed over at 4.00 AM and the hall should be vacated by 4.00 PM

3. If the function takes place in the evening / night, store room will be give at 2.00 PM and the hall will be give at 6.00 PM. In this case, the hall will be in your custody till 2.00 AM.

1. 50% advance to be paid for booking the hall and remaining at the time of handing over the kitchen to you.

2. In case for any reasons, the function is cancelled or does not takes place, advance amount will not be returned.

1. Killing and cutting of animals & birds are not allowed in the hall premises.

2. Missing and breakage of any items pertaining to the function hall will be charged extra.

3. Explosives, weapons, alcohol etc. should not be carried into the premises.

4. If there are any special objects pertaining to the function, it should be shown to the watchman and office. After getting permission and confirmation only, those should be carried with the customers / party into the hall. Further, for any such loss or missing such articles / objects, the hall management / staff will not be held responsible.

5. The hall management / staff will not be held responsible

a. If the power supply interrupted during the function;

b. Any inconvenient or troublesome in the dining section

c. Parking at road side or onto the road etc.
